bacon, oatmeal,and rasin cookies 02/22/2012 晴

Sweet meets salty in these oatmeal-raisin cookies fleckrd with crisp bacon bits.
327 calories

Ingredient:
8   oz -sliced bacon, cut into 1/4-inch squares
2 1/4 -cups cake powder
1 t      -BP
1t        -kosher salt
1/2 t - BS
1 cup - (packed) dark brown sugar
2/3cup -sugar
1/2 cup -(1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
2 large eggs
1/2 t - vanilla extract
1 cup -old-fashioned oats
2/3 cup -raiains
*Preparation:
1-cook bacon - over medium-low heat ( until golden brown)
2-flour+BP+salt+BS---->mixed
3-beat sugars+ butter until well.(2-3 mins)
4-add eggs one by one. mixed well
5-add vanilla 中速 until pale and fluffy(4-5 )
6-add(2) dry ingredients
7-fold bacon,oats, and rasins into batter stir well . dough 麵糰
8-用 2-oz ice cream scoop 1/4 cup measure,整型圓球形
9- 每個隔3吋,靜置1小時或覆蓋隔夜
10-烘焙 375度F,約20-22分鐘>*** 烤到旁邊金黃,中間微軟,
出爐後,10分鐘後移開待涼.

術科考 -西點蛋糕-日期->02/14/2012(情人節) 2012/02/10 陰&晴

真是個特別的日子:考試日是情人節,這是怎麼了? 要洗三溫暖嗎?

昨天整晚幾乎沒睡,大清早4點30幾分被MMoMo嗓的鬧鐘驚醒,謝謝謝你MOMO嗓,終於天亮了,煎熬輾轉了整夜,準備出發ㄝ!
6點10分與隊友們出發,到了7點以前到環球科大不錯!雖然有人對路線有不同意見,但還是很早就到達.

天使4個-180/160度C -40分鐘OK
布丁22個-140/170度C-45分鐘160/180 20分布丁還好<但倒扣5個時-有一個攤破<天!扣分後會PASS 嗎?

***檢討:
1-天使-下溫度還是要再提高或者烤的時間要再拉長5-10分鐘.
2-布丁-上下溫度須調整調高*寧可蒸過頭些有氣洞被扣分,也不要蒸不夠而軟趴趴下來,更糟!
Wish I can PASS !waiting one month!
